To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number and a brief reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- Products may be returned whether opened or unopened
- We ask that a reasonable amount of product remains in the pot, we are not able to accept returns where the product has been fully used
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied
- Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow a further 3 to 5 business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, please contact us immediately at support@ashleighsorganics.com with your order number and a description or photograph of the issue. We will cover return postage costs and offer either a full replacement or a full refund at your preference.

For monthly subscription orders, you may cancel at any time by contacting us at support@ashleighsorganics.com before your next renewal date. Cancellations requested after a renewal has been processed will take effect from the following month.

Ashleigh's Body Butter has been independently assessed and certified as safe for human use by Oxford Biosciences Ltd. (CPSR dated 13 February 2026, compliant with Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009). If you experience any unexpected skin reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us.

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and receive a full refund.
