Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including Scotland, England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@ashleighsorganics.com.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
Processing and Dispatch
Every pot of Ashleigh's Body Butter is handmade in small batches in Cannich, Scotland by AT Wellness & Organics Ltd. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 1 to 2 business days following dispatch
- Next day delivery available as standard on most orders
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier capacity, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Product Handling and Storage
Ashleigh's Body Butter is a cosmetic product assessed and certified safe by Oxford Biosciences Ltd. (CPSR dated 13 February 2026). The product is stable for 36 months from the date of manufacture under normal storage conditions.
To maintain product quality, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. The product is supplied in a PET tub. Keep out of reach of children.
Packaging
All orders are packed carefully to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is as minimal and environmentally considerate as possible. Birthday launch orders may include a handwritten note from Ashleigh personally.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your courier will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date at support@ashleighsorganics.com with your order number and photographs of any damage where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
